It is a fairly large job according to my standards (over $90,000).We are in the midst of getting the contractor agreement in place and I would like to put in a "Liquidated Damages For Delay In Construction" clause.

But if you are storing items that may carry some moisture, cedar alone won't meet your need.

My personal preference is that 1 nice cabinet with 1 seamless counter top looks better than 2 cabinets put together.If you have an Ikea store near you, they sell some double sinks at reasonable price!

weird..take it to the store and they can tell you which company made it. and buy the parts there too.. better yet, buy another one without the stupid pulls. they are always having issues.
