We have over a dozen wholesalers feeding us at any one point in time bottom line is if they send me something that doesn't fit my criteria they are removed, as that is the classic sign of "throwing **** against the wall" as the saying goes.  

@Michael Warinner- Document as much as possible, reflect on your experiences and the experiences of others so you can learn from the past (these lessons will undoubtedly help you for future events)- Feed your mind with valuable life principles most importantly, and mix that with more detailed interest specific information from podcasts, books, youtube etc.. ( The main point is to feed your mind with useful info, with a focus on principles.

Jonathan Twombly I think that many folks see no immediate returns on their efforts, so the level of effort diminishes over time, and we lose out on the critical mass that is needed to really begin to see the fruits of our labor (and efforts) start to show themselves in marketing and RE investing as a whole...so the point about consistently feeding the machine is a big one.

I am a new agent (real estate investor for almost 20 years) and I am planning on getting my own IDX feed through my broker.

Not to mention I'm currently taking online courses to become a KW Agent as well so with our mutual connection chances are we'll be able both feed off each other in the near future.Thanks for reaching out!

@Christian Kenworthy I listened to one of the Rich Dad live feed seminars online a few months back.  

This includes many of our pages not working on Firefox or Safari, many of our pages not loading our feeds on IE, and our template and ad server not functioning on many pages.Please bear with us as we fix these problems.Thanks for the understanding.
