You don't want just price you want a company that steps up when it counts often internet reviews will help you decide.

@Richard Jr Caicedo Depends on your budget, but any town along a train line in bergen co is a good bet.

Having said that, I would actually perform my internet research/analysis first and give it a personal ranking - let's say after you've researched online, you rank it at 6 on 10 where 1 means not buying and 10 means 100% buying.

Anyone know a good setup for a virtual assistant to do inbound and outbound calls. I currently have Callrail and REI PRO. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Suggest finding the local landlord advocay group and get to a landlord bootcamp training session so you can learn your local laws.
