Most of them suck and have 8 million exclusions, not to mention few of them are meant for commercial use meaning as soon as they find out it's a rental they'll disallow the claim. 

My thoughts are, pay off home loan, take out a (Home Equity Line of Credit) which will amount from 70-75% of the equity I have in the property, with the notion of what it should appraise for considering I'm in the industry, then go maybe down south, possibly Florida, were homes are alot cheaper than NY City with a significant amount of cash from taping into my equity and find homes to BRRRR? 

I work primarily in industrial retail and office so a bit of a grain of salt, but this is from friends and colleagues in the industry.

Certainly a good way to help the industry and/or farm business leads, but I'll bet very few of the sh***y ones would make that effort and/or expose themselves to that (constructively critical at times) feedback and discourse.

Move back home after my internship and find a job in the RE industry.

I currently work in the construction industry (hoping to learn as much as possible about rehabbing) and I still own that property and currently rent it out.

I'm also interested in ways I can create cash flow within the industry as I learn more about it (property management, marketing).

Coincidentally the company I am working for is in the real estate industry haha.

I have worked in the real estate industry in analyzing properties and underwriting appraisals.

I am simply here to present factual information to those who don't know the rules and regulations of the real estate industry.
