Taking 3 of the essential courses is what sold me on Renatus as a whole and that having incredibly detailed and high quality education in a high stakes game like real estate shouldn't be taken lightly.

Was looking for a home to rent he mentioned he cannot find any good tenants they keep flaking on him, hes a busy man as it is being an owner of a very popular restaurant which i frequent, he mentioned if he cannot find a tenant that his last option would be to sell it // In my mind i think look up comps in the neighbor hood to see the value of homes offer him a lower price than market value (really low) expect a counter offer if any.

Fast forward 7 months, I am very happy with the incredible luck I had in finding the tenants I moved in and I am currently lining up my financial ducks so I may purchase my next REI.
