Closing hopefully in 3 weeks on my first 4 unit building and I'm confident about the numbers, nice piece of land (2acres) in a residential area near SFHs and no other rental buildings nearby.

@Jeffrey AllenMy answer is it depends on if the note is owner occupied residential, commercial, and the number of notes you own.After experiencing lousy service from a couple of servicers, we decided to service our notes ourselves.
