The house right next door was listed at $160k within the last month, and is almost identical from the outside as the one I'm looking at (though I'm sure that price will drop as well, as the $75k one has been listed almost 8 months now).

I am going thru the same process now with obtaining a loan and find many banks are not willing to lend to my LLC (even when I suggested a personal guarantee) but will only lend to my name personally... what I found out is once the business matures it will be easier for the LLC.
