I also have no problem with a closed end fund that is acquiring specific assets - as long as each project can stand on its own and a good deal isn't bundled with some mediocre or bad deals.

Hey @Kevin Yun, It's my understanding that for any building four units or less, the registered host has to live in the building as a primary residence and can only Airbnb one's own unit and one other.
