@Jay Hinrichs I am very interested in the Incubator/Co-working space scene, what are some of the unique requirements for the hosts of these venues?

Furnished with basics, and leveraged our Super-host status to rent out 2 BRs for immediate income, with two 3 month guests currently.Allows us to hop around from the Northeast to the south, while providing housing to visiting scholars, educational consultants, visiting nurses, visiting parents, etc. 

I am happy to host and think we could all really benefit.  

Joan Brown, we have hosted smaller events like that in the past for members and we could definitely set up more in the future if you find more value in that type of event.

This year, I plan to host at least 2 networking events. 

I have no experience with this and hoping some of you can share your experiences and knowledge with regard to Hosting and Co-Hosting a property Full Time. 

and spending many hours talking with "hosts," and sharing my ideas, and background experience (business, RE, design, build, remod, STR stays, etc.) and secondly (after location) you would need to have the right floorplan, or rent the entire abode out (in your absence) and for a multi- room arrangement (vs. the entire space) I would say a single level, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (at minimum) to make any real money with AB&B, or VRBO, etc. as a STR.

@David Poulsen  As I learned quickly after posting this in the forum, @Ariel Vincent introduced me to @Sean Walton who organizes with a monthly meetup the 1st Wednesday of each month with @Eduardo Zepeda.Sean and Eduardo are great hosts and the meetup last week was a lot of fun.
