Among the largest populated states, IL, OH, and MI are slowing. 1) Green -  A Exceptional Inflow migration. 2) Yellow - B Strong Growth.3) Orange - C Growing but Slowing.4) Red - D - Slowing and population may decrease over time.You can see that the fastest growing counties in the U.S are located in Georgia, Texas, Virginia, Florida.

The lot size is 2880 sq.ftCurrent zoning allows for 1.3 FAR - for green row houses, and one can build three row houses or 1.2 FAR for town homes and one can build 2 town homes.The dilemma is , should I go for 3 row houses or 2 town houses.

You're absolutely right, it's hard to pass on opportunities when you're green and eager to get involved, but I felt like I was starting to get cute with the numbers to make them work and would end up making an irrational decision if I didn't simply walk away.
