if you are going to execute a fix and flip from out of state you will NEED a great contracting crew in place.

Shaking hands across a desk is great, but so many CPAs are set up to serve you virtually, that finding one who is a perfect match for you may be easier than you think.Best of luck to you.

Assuming the house is in great condition and previously well maintained throughout, then as needed work will probably be okay assuming you have the experience to discern what needs basic handy work and what needs a specialist.
