Depending on the finishes you choose, the level of contractor you find.. and whether or not you go the ADU route, I would guess around 250k-500k depending on what you actually decide to do and the type of finishes you choose.

To arrive at the ARV much like an appraiser uses comps to determine value you have to compare what you have to whats around, you are looking for like houses in like condition the closer you can find in build and finish and distance the closer their value should tell you what you can expect to see as far as ARV goes.

Hi,My home closing is on April 29th and builder finished drywall and they are working on finishing rest of the things.My lender is asking all the documents(paystub, bank statements, w2) again as the older documents are no longer valid as I signed the contract few months back.I paid $7500 earnest money to Lennar homesNow I would like to delay my closing for some time due to job uncertainty, I would like to ask them to delay for a month?
