Furnish finder is for mid-term rentals and even with that, hosts are finding Airbnb does better at bring people in to stay for few months. 

I suspect he damaged the pan while removing the drain, but it's hard to prove.I would hire another plumber to investigate and see if they can find evidence of damage caused by the first plumber.

I've been having trouble finding deals.

It's very hard to find a cash-flowing deal especially in Florida right now!

@Ryan LeonardIt's tough to find deals in today's market, no matter what approach you're using.

So my duplex was vacant for almost a year (could have been more aggressive with finding tenants) and I was let go from my job back in January so I was bleeding for a while.

@Tom JimenezIt is tough to find good deals to flip in Sacramento but it can be done.
