If there is one thing my inexperienced self can tell you, it's:Don't spend any (if you haven't already, which I think you may have) money on seminars, guru's, classes, secrets, clubs, and "super secret, guaranteed to make you $10 million dollars in 5 years" courses.BP has everything you need!

That being said if you already have a social network built page made for your service I have a friend who literally all he does is marketing on social networks for a living by giving what is known as "shout-outs" and exposing your service or products to hundreds of thousands if not millions of people on social networks.

I recommend several million as it does get cheaper every million you add.Also, does anyone know if leases are in joint name can, for example, my wife use that lease as income to qualify for a new mortgage if that property is in my sole name?

I've started three LLCs but chose LLC as the structure for specific reasons.Nolo has some excellent books to help you get started, and I love them, but only use those if you intend for this company to remain small; less than $10 million in revenues or assets.

i would say that there are MANY that are clueless. fine, no argument there.but also take into consideration that there are ALOT of "investors" out there who think if they put up a wall, throw in a closet and touch up here and there they can sell a property for a million bucks...and they're losing their A** right now.
