Jared,If the amount owed is 225k that needs to be the selling price, our company LeaseOwn Homes does a 3 year lease and in the addendum it states if the value has not reached the purchase price by the end of the lease, the lease will extend another 3 years or until it reaches the purchase price.We also add a home warranty from American Home Shield and it can be paid for monthly and we add it to the new Tenant Buyers Payment as they are the ones being protected.We use an escrow company to service the payment, they collect payment, pay lender and deposit our profit into our bank account.

It will only take minutes on line, but title companies usually don't act in matters of forming business entities, and there is more.Contracting prior to forming an entity means the liability offered by the entity will not extend to that contract, it is personally made.
