Hello BP Extended Family! I am brand new to the site and just started in the real estate investing world. What I mean by just starting is, I'm still looking for my first live-in/flip property! Bigger Pockets Podcast is my new obsession...I listen every chance I get and I've actually gotten quite good at listening while at work. I love reading the books and everyone's posts. It's all very educational! Now that I've read and listened to just about everything on the site I am looking into networking and seeking mentors. If you are in the area I look forward to meeting you!
