It’s true that many of the skills required for various asset classes are transferrable, but each asset class, market, and business plan have unique challenges that operators can only perfect by working in those situations over a significant amount of time.If an operator is new to a certain asset class or business plan, it is extremely important to know that they have been successful in other areas.

I have a bachelors degree in business mgmt and a decent amount of money saved up, so I will take the time to explore other options and find the right opportunity.

One other route to explore are mini-splits.

I am all for exploring options with seller financing, as the banks will always be there as a possibility on your future investment deals, but the opportunity for seller financing may not!

In business its leveraging technology and your skill set to find unique ways to make your processes efficient, cheaper, faster, and to be able to scale it.

Each location is unique in some way.  

One of the amazing things about real estate is that there are so many unique and different skills that will help you do well.

No need to reinvent the wheel by exploring a ton of other templates and options.
