Speaking as a lender (not investor) with some experience in small balance commercial lending, I can tell you that it is likely going to be tough to find financing most likely as a lot of commercial lenders tend to stay away from churches, although could be more favorable if the building is true retail/office rather than a structure built specifically in the style of a traditional church (i.e. hard to transition to other tenants if needed)

You likely make $200 an hour or more.I personally would not dabble in another activity(beng an agent) where you may not have any experience and start off making less than $20 an hour.Yes, good agents can make more but I am just trying to emphasis the change in your hourly rate.

Hey Andre I live in Wr, operate a STR and a MTR in so I have experience working with the city quite a bit.Their website is pretty straight up with the information and calling the ladies who run the program have been pretty helpful too.

I k ow that anything that sounds tempting has a catch in it, so I was wondering if there's anyone here who has experience with renting his / her properties to traveling nurses, that can share the experience or just the bottom line - if it's worth it or not ?
