Having a vision for the property (very distress property) and a team that repaired the property in a timely and cost saving manner.

Find an experienced agent.

Lessons Learned: I experienced a good amount of anxiety over the year, fears of the note being called due.

My goal one day is to have my own team and firm but in order to learn all that and do that,  working under someone or with someone is my motivation to learn and get to that point.

I want to get my foot in the door now that I have had exposure to wholesaling I want to not just work individually but amongst a team and find a group of people that can take me in and learn even more.

Also, network and make other connections so you can possibly team up with someone.

Looking for a service that does this, as well as allow the potential tenant/home buyer the opportunity to opt out, and press a number to dial one of our team.
