Does anyone else struggle with the fact that VRBO doesn't alert you that an incoming guest hasn't paid their final payment?

That way, you can decide whether you want to dive into the syndication business and become a syndicator yourself or if you only want to invest in someone else's deals - and you will gain a deeper understanding of the syndication process.

What should I do for storage if my plan is to only be here another year or so and house hack somewhere else?

Even without an address, agents name, owner name or anything else.

I'm wondering if anyone else on here is a single parent and how you began investing.

I found out rents have gone up enough that I could get what I wanted without messing with an attic bedroom.
