Something that I could record names, numbers, addresses, lead resolutions, P&L, follow up scheduling, mail tracking, etc.?

A licensed real estate agent needs only 2 things to be able to submit an offer on a HUD property:Their managing broker must be registered with HUD and have an active NAID (Name Address Identifier Number).  

I'm trying to ensure that the list that I pulled 5/1/16 doesn't contain any addresses from previous lists.

And in fact it only has 2 seperate addresses and not 4 separate addresses.How truthful do these listings actually have to be? 

Just to clarify the law in Texas regarding the return of security deposits :The landlord must return or account for the tenants deposit within 30 days of moving out AND the tenant providing a forwarding address.  

My list is:->30% equity -absentee owners -assessed value <$100kMy market is Charleston, WV and it returned 300 names/addresses.  

I know Redfin and Trulia are not reliable, but I looked up the address and found a value.

There was an LOE in there for unrelated reasons where he said in passing that he intended to move in (I think the boilerplate addresses on credit report LOE - "123 Main St is where I live now, until I move into 456 NewProperty Ave").

They have a Bank Account that was opened 8 days ago.Normally my background check program requires name, DOB, ss#, DL#, and an address.
