I have 2 recommendations for you, as a fellow newbie:Consume as much BP material as possible - podcasts, blog posts, the new online classes, the Ultimate Beginners Guide book, etc.

Hi all BP folks, I could only speak for a GC in Los Angeles, CA setting, I'm thinking of posting a blog about contractors, rehabbing, vetting contractors, what to get from contractors before starting a job, how to manage them, and etc.

I think that was I needed to know and of all the books, blogs, videos, and seminars that I have looked at, not one said that.

I actually posted this after reading your bigger pockets post on the blog section about things to do for your CPA.
