But they might be out of my price range for a good house.

What terms would make sense for a 1st note in the $450,000 range? 

For now we've got March 1st-22nd for the years 2015-2020 to see if there are any observable trends in how many listings (and at what price ranges) are coming online. 

For my particular situation, my tenant base happens to be rather diverse. 

The typical home UST ranges from 250 or 500 gallons which tends to fall below the regulatory threshold.

Most people in that income range have decent credit and don’t want an eviction on their record 3 months from now after paying for a month or two.

It’s a diverse neighborhood.

Anything in that $200k range is basically about to fall of it's foundation.

It is important to remember this is a spectrum and renters include a diverse range of peoples ages, backgrounds, financial backgrounds.
