What's the end game with the house, flip, rent out?

-See this as a long-term game.

I've been on here for quite a while and became knowledgeable in investing, so much that my clients felt 100% comfortable with me regardless of how fresh I was in the game. 

BP is full of syndicators of all experience levels from very to doing their first ones.my only comment is when you go the route of syndication you are now working in the world of HIGHLY regulated government agencies so you need to be on top of your game and prepared for it. 

This way they see you have skin in the game and they are able to immediately benefit from you.

If you were to ask any RE investor they'd probably tell you they wish they'd started sooner, considering you're only 18 puts you way ahead of the game.

Having your finances ready to pull the trigger at a moments notice is half the game.  

Is the population growing, are big chains starting to move in if they're not already there, are jobs dependant on a specific employer or is there decent diversity (ex: we have tech and Boeing up here, but tech is starting to move to working from home and Boeing is starting to move some production out of state), whats the median income, where are the bad neighborhoods, etc.
