I discovered BP after doing extensive research while creating my business plan.I am a knowledge-seeker in hopes of gaining as much information about real estate investing as I can.

There are lots of good reasons why most experienced investors advise against it, but unfortunately many feel the need to discover for themselves what those reasons are the hard way. 

I'm not looking for any "trade secrets", guru shortcuts, or hand-holding exercises, but rather every day stories, in summary or step-by-step examples, highlighting successes, mistakes, challenges, time invested, personal insights, lessons learned, etc.

You don't have to be accredited to lend, but the big investment firms have discovered them and their great returns, and the good loans are taken rather quickly now.

So there is no way I was going to just give up all my trade secrets and knowledge that it took me years to get on my own. .so Some stranger walking up and asking me questions. 

I recently graduated from college (USM) and I am looking for my next investment to help pay off my loans and turn this into a side career.I am currently looking for anyone with experience to help me find my niche and discover more about real estate investing. 

(without divulging too many trade secrets ….LOL )  

You should reveal it if asked as it's the truth.Personally I don't think it's going to be much of a secret.

Ultimately it led me to buy a bunch of books and I discovered BP this week!
