We don't need this, as I can direct who will take care of the property as part of the land trust.   

If anyone has any recommendation or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.  

Continuing on the question for you personally, Do you have all your rent checks mailed directly to you or do you do electronic payments?

It would be helpful to know more before attempting to give you any direction here.

(wink)As you can see, I took your somewhat general questions and ran a direction totally the opposite of where you wanted to go, probably.
