Does this cash flow pass through directly to me, the beneficiary?

I have four properties, two in NYC and two in GA (one is my home and one is self-directed IRA).

Knowledge and risk move in inverse directions, especially for investors with lots of experience.Real estate is not a complex business. 

They go directly to my bank and deposit in my account.

Or it could be a sign that you are going to do very well on this deal, assuming that none of your other projections prove-out in the wrong direction.  

Can anyone point me in the correct direction.

@ Darsi Minshal I agree, but one issue with that product is that it’s not a line of credit but a direct loan ( so you will start getting charged even if that $ is just sitting in your bank while you search for deals).

I hear a lot of people talking about advantages of self-directed IRAs and understand the tax advantages are huge--not to mention essentially having a higher return without taking a higher risk.
