Can you point me in the right direction?

I see wholesaling seems to be  a touchy subject on BP so if someone who actually does or has done wholesale deals in the past can point me in the right direction i would greatly appreciate it.

There are 2 methods of egress directly to outside  - front door (in living room) and back door (in hallway/mudroom). 

I am now leaving the company and am going to roll my 401k into a tradition pre-tax IRA and then a self direct post tax Roth IRA.
