For some reason they were thinking I was the owner of that other property as well this is why I initially though it was a scam mail. 

The workshops are a scam once you get there they will tell you if you actually want to learn how to do something you have to pay $2,000 then the next will be $5,000 on an on

(probably because the way i got the lead. it was just way too easily like i said)all i am going to be doing is wholesaling the house. but i dont know if there are any scams out there that i just dont know about. if you know of any scams please let me know

I was scammed once and it will not happen again!

all the exit strategies can be used in the career of the investor.More resources like time and money are devoted to the flip than the  wholesale (more risk)

I had looked for a property myself but I did not find one that match my needs, I actually found one and realized it’s just scam.

Just curious whether this is merely another scam by a guru or actually contains valuable material. 

If you post a sign on the street it would sound like a scam looking for 20 suckers.
