Property Management Company Questions

Hi every one! I'm currently getting my agent's license in Houston with the intention of becoming an agent, an investor and owning a property management company. I have two questions for you all:

1) As a licensed agent I can own (and run) a property management company and contract a broker for his license, correct?

2) Backstory: After I am a broker (5-7 years down the road), the idea is to own one large company that involves a few different aspects of real estate. I would like there to a Realty devision (buying & selling residential), a Property Management devision, and a home inspection devision (only because my husband is with the FD so he could inspect houses on the side - for monetary supplement and for any houses I want to invest in). So - to get to my long winded question, as a broker, can I have my brokers license in both my realty company (ideally with agents working for me) AND my property management company?
