BUT she has her own office at home (in fact 2) where she keeps all the accounting, tax prep, rehab design etc & I have my (much smaller) office & a pole barn to hide what I buy until in-case we need it.

I understand their marketing packet is designed to attract sellers, so what else is good to investigate?

It's free and is designed as a general small business accounting software, but works well for rental properties. 

We already setup a website and designed a Logo together, yeah I do that too!
