Is your rental set to 30+ days on Airbnb?

If it was originated recently an option would be to have them refinance it - but if it’s a low interest rate then they will most likely want to keep itWhat does your operating agreement say about this?

I had a tree (the neighbors tree) that fell on the roof of my rental and damaged it severely so now I have to change the whole roof.So during the hurricane I had an insurance called Citizens, but right after the hurricane they switched me to a different insurance (Slide)...Will you please help me with my questions:1) My coverage was for a policy that is not a rental but  partially owner occupied (its a duplex), because I lived there but then moved out and did not switch the coverage to a rental.

call lenders, talk to agents, talk to property managers. 

New tenants moved in 8 days before the month I paid was up and signed a new year lease with a new deposit.

They pay other people to manage their assets but don't know how to manage the manager.

If you are going to have trouble with sub to, it will from your insurance company, so I'd tread lightly for sure.
