The decision would have to include expected appreciation (rent and property), class of area, proximity, and current condition (is there deferred cap expenses?).  

Cook County Sheriff (Illinois) has just announced a 30 day moratorium on evictions due to the Corona Virus.

I think this should be virtually everyone's expectation.So far only one tenant (class B area) has contacted us.
