If its non-profit, you should be able to ask for anything.How great would it be if you were able to provide a housing program, and work out a healthcare program with a provider, specifically for this non profit organization.

Some are relatively safe, and in some they set you on fire when they mug you, board the buses like Jesse James and rob every one on board, and there are places where gangs will take control of an entire apartment builing and hold it while they rob everyone in the building.You need to know the good areas from the bad and you need to know real estate law before you start putting your money there.I also suggest that you check into inheritance law if you are going to be a family unit.

If you're smart, you'll get together with the other owners, let them know that if they choose to have an hoa, they will suffer the loss of their constitutional rights, the fact that their home will NEVER TRULY be their home, there will always be a lien against it that can and will and IS being foreclosed on in many areas/states, and that a few people will have control of what they do to their house.

The investors for whom I negotiate build their buyers list through Craigslist, their own websites and the typical other methods: signs, referrals and MLS.I know it's tricky to list on the MLS without first having lender approval but if you list at a realistic price and disclose ahead of time, you may catch that buyer who has the time to get "mortgage ready" and doesn't mind the wait.In fact, one investor I know has a program called "Get Mortgage Ready."

The US in in deep sh$#*, out of control spending, falling Dollar not helping much as there is no manufacturing base and other nations do not want to buy anything in the US.The fact that we have lived over our means for so long is catching up with us.
