My reasons for doing so is it increased (1) my credibility as an investor, (2) my knowledge of details that go into a transaction, (3) my local network of practitioners from contractors, lenders, brokers, and certainly agents.The reason why most agents fail is because they are interested in real estate rather than committed which, in this context, means consistently engaging in sales-related activities.

If you don’t like the place fine, I wasn’t force-feeding the application to anyone they weren’t even on the way out the door you had to break stride and go into the living room to get one.

I would definitely keep it along the lines of "I'm sorry your didn't meet our minimum requirement for renting the unit" and we wish you the best of luck with your continue search"If you respond, its best to not engage....don't go into specific, don't set up a debate or argument, don't try to explain what "really happened".....you don't feed the crazy bulls*t. ....at most your acknowledge their opinion and move on.....do not engage

I may be in the minority but feel taking the time to find items at thrift stores , bargain , stores etc takes too long and is hard to keep consistent.
