If I'm selling a property For Sale By Owner, can I ask the buying agent to handle my side of the paperwork as part of their commission, or is the agent going to charge an additional fee for that?

I've seen it plenty of times (and even had a client that fell for it) where a landlord wants to sell a property and signs bad tenants on terrible leases just to get one last commission check and show 100% occupancy and pad the sale price.

I would disagree because real estate agents tend to sell at market value whereas wholesalers tend to sell at below market value.A wholesaler would probably work harder to find you a good deal than an agent since the assignment fee is higher than the commission.
