They claim to be tenant advocates, but with the false habitability claims and their income scheme it sure appears to be an anti-landlord group than a pro-tenant group.I used to have 3-4 evictions a year, but have been better about tenant selection for the last few years, and am a better negotiator to get them out before filing eviction, though the booming economy for the last decade doesn't hurt either as tenants can all be employed if they choose to be.

There are also access limitations in that you need more capital to invest and you often need to be an accredited investor5) In my opinion some of the benefits of syndication are:- you get a professional team sourcing, evaluating and managing your asset, in return for a fee.

The terms are as follows:Owe $234k 5.25% interest rate30 year termI was able to find a lender that can get me the following:4.25% (maybe lower) 30 year termBut the payoff to refinance with the new bank will be an additional 10k if I pay the balance off within 5 years of origination.
