New Member from Southwestern Pennsylvania

Hello Everyone,

New Bigger Pockets member here!

My Name is Gio and I am from Southwestern Pennsylvania, I am 28 years old, part owner of two restaurants in my area, I am recently married and my wife and I just purchased our first home.

Since becoming interested in real estate I have begun to educate myself through books and podcasts such as the BP podcast. I have very little to no Real Estate experience, other than purchasing my own home in September.  I am hoping to build valuable relationships here and gain guidance from those with more experience and have become successful in the real estate world.

My interests are Rentals of Single and Multi Family units, I figured with the lack of experience small is a good place to start. Eventually down the road my goal is to get involved with Multi Unit Apartments and Commercial. Im excited to gain more knowledge from reading and interacting in this forum on these topics and can't wait to make my first investment.
