I have purchased, rehabbed and sold over 30 properties and have 7 buy and hold rentals right now.My goal is to purchase my first commercial real estate apartment building of 5-20 units .

I am deciding whether to focus on commercial real estate or residential real estate.If the goal was to earn $$ as fast as I can, Which one of the two should I choose and why?

Personally, I would not choose this option.
