Hello all, I showed a SFH that I have to two women from a charity who does work with handicapped and mentally challenged people. 

It's not something I look forward to-- with this last turnover being an unusually more challenging/lengthy process, but I certainly don't feeling like holding her "hostage."

if you're renting you're going to have to deal with the lead paint issue (build before 78);  some people with children won't live around power stations if there are lines overhead - or is it just a station?  

It's occupied by the children of the deceased former owner...and perhaps all their high school buddies as well.

Cold calling works but the challenge with that is finding the actual phone numbers since most people have cell phones now.

As a read the posts in this thread I see a common challenge of new, wanna be investors:They fall in love with the dream and not the process.

I also really like a challenge, which I feel is missing right now.
