From what I understand, there are no security cameras on the property.The complex’s managementsent a letter to the tenant omg with the invoice, stating that the garage door repair personnel checked the garage door and determined it is in proper working order.

Of course there are tons of questions a Landlord can ask a manager to determine if they may be a good fit.

Work back from there to determine what the best way is to reach those goals.

Ultimately it depends on the cause if the collapse to determine who pays for it.

You need to use multiple measures to determine the viability of a potential investment, along with the track record of the key investor or syndicator, the area the property is located in and many other factors.

I have been pursuing this dream pretty much in silence determined to avoid the naysayers and the negativity myself.

However, they won't even give a guarantee there will be payment, nor even estimate a percentage loss of use in the meantime (there is enough information available to at least make this determination).

I would require an estoppel certificate from tenants and seller to determine if they really are paying on time.
