As you will need to pick up off-market deals to sell to the local market investors.Make sure you get to know your market well as serious investors will rip your property apart if your numbers don't make sense or if you are just trying to wholesale a property that is either on the MLS or being advertised at a lower purchase price on another website/wholesalerTalk to a cross border tax account before setting anything up on the entity side as this will be important.

For example, the Hillsboro schools have for years been considered among the worst in the state (they're improving), and Hillsboro borders the Contoocook Valley and John Stark districts, which are excellent.NH also has few traditional neighborhoods in its smaller towns.

Personally I think buying in Dover is much more palatable as an owner occupied house hacking scenario, which won't work for you,  though enough of you guys move north of the border maybe you can be persuaded :).Rochester is often mentioned, and there are certainly good deals there.
