You should touch your sphere of influence and see if maybe you can get your hands on some private money with a fair return to your lender.

You can get FHA insured loans on investment property, but you have to pay the larger down payment.The steepest penalty that your friend would incur would be having your loan application denied if the bank decided they don't want to lend to you ... but that's more about his ego, and not going to influence his credit score.

I agree that China will influence a crash.  

I would also like to ask; was there any experiences from working in your first market that you can say influenced you in the choice of your 2nd market?

So my question is, should I invest in the mobile park and create a cash flow that would boost my business and help me to reach goals faster then continue to invest in equity properties or go a head and invest in equity properties now?
