In general I would suggest making the choice between [ LLC+CommercialMortgages ] or [ Person + ResidentialMortgages + UmbrellaInsurancePolicy ] one time, and sticking to it.

@Derrell Barton I have always found it beneficial to go to the offices and in my local area most realtors allow outside services/ companies to put on luncheons for their agents and you spend a little money buying lunch for the agents and the luncheon is a great way to pitch your service!

A individual simply requesting to be allow to have a pet to train as a service animal does not make it a service animal and is therefor not protected.As for turn over if the landlord does not allow pets or charges a pet fee it is the tenants choice to stay or go.
