Public policy in many areas considers residential uses within industrial districts may increase hazards to the residents' health and create significant fire and safety burdens on the safety forces. 

I spoke with the health department and it would be a $15k connection fee. 

Anyways, I’m with you and getting pretty darn close to there, but kids aren’t cheap and neither is health insurance so there’s that too. 

In conclusion my goals are being met and I am making ample progress for my health, my finances, and my relationship.
