Hello,I am an aspiring investor and am looking for HML to get started on my journey.

They will do very minimal "labor work", only as it relates to learning about the trades, because a lot of these students will be interested in a career in these skill trades.Due to many of these students aspiring to be first generation college students, we understand how important it is in creating social equity, by assisting them with the opportunity to participate in unpaid internships or just cover a semester of room & board will be impactful on their future; this is why the scholarship fund is so important to this program. 

The money is there, the studios are there, and aspiring actors and directors and script writers the world over flock to Hollywood.

My goals and aspirations are to own 10,000 units start with SFH fix/flips (maybe some BRRRR in SFH if it meets our requirements), small MFH (3-4 units) and quickly grow into 10+ units within 18 months.

I've also owned a couple others that I sold last year to refine my holdings and my strategy.I'm finally to a place where I have a pretty solid income and can easily get a bank loan, and I have some experience and a more refined strategy under my belt as an investor.I began to look at this more as a business, and less as something I do on the side as I save money; my first thought was, "If I were an entrepreneur in any other capacity, I wouldn't limit myself to whatever money I had in the bank--I'd raise capital, whether private or from a bank, and build a business that way!"
