Hi Guys,

Im about to house hack for the first time on a triplex here in West Haven, Connecticut and the property looks great in shape and numbers as well.

Now, would you share what are the pros and cons of your own experience or knowdlege about house hacking?

Share is Care!

Thank you!

    @Andres Bernal

    Pros for Me...

    1. Live for free and make some money

    2. Low Down Payment/ Low interest rate

    3. Learn income property investing

    4. Ever since my first property I have screened tenants as if i was going to share a wall with them.

    Cons...

    1. Can feel more like a Hobby and not a buzness (can get you in bad habits early on)

    2. Harder to avoid tenant drama

    3.
