Again, you receive all the benefits of being the primary residence and you might be able to get pre-approved for a more expensive property because the rent from other units can be counted as income (up to 75%) when evaluating your monthly payments.Hope this helps a little!

Lenders like Lightstream and Sofi will often approve and fund loans within a couple days.

I only have to do this once because the next lease will have the same approved lawyer lingo.

I want to borrow money or get pre approved to look for a property to buy in the next 60 days or 30 days ORR should take a loan out because mortgage loans and loans are at there lowest rates at the moment so don’t really know what to do.. then again my credit is at 640 stable job make about 1600 biweekly I have c.c debt 3,000 Personal loan amour due 3000 I do have a lot on my plate but what I’m doing rn is trying to bring my c.c debt down by this month and saving up 10,000 and again I don’t want to miss out on these RATESSSS

Used my Series 65 to open up a Registered Investment Adviser firm (finally got everything approved by the state last month, man, what a long process) and I'm aiming to solicit clients in the next few months. 

Looking for ways to get approved for a low down payment loan such as an FHA while being a 20 year old freshly out of college with a lack in job history.
