if the OP can get temp easement to log then that's your answer.. for west coast land locked it would need to be a major stand as we would helicopter log it.. however as you can imagine the cost to do so is 2X ground based logging.and out there in deep south that's all flat Pine. they usually use feller bunchers and mow it down like a lawn.. completely different than west coast hilly terrain or logging in the little mountains of the Carolinas or Virginias..
