On those properties I'm basically covering an astorid coming down and blowing the whole thing up as any fire that takes out a few units or something like that, I'll cover out of pocket.If a whole property were to burn down, yeah, I'd be F'd. 

I will never advocate for a state income tax. 

The need for better cash flow is a primary reason why I am not an advocate of the low rent/low appreciation locations.

Ah, I see, so its like the system that I advocate.

It should NOT be about making a sale...it's about helping educate our clients and advocating for their best interest!   

We are missing an entire side of this story so honestly, it's a little hard to judge whether that's an unfair ask or not.I strongly believe that you should always be your number one advocate because no one else is going to do it for you.
